Liability Provisions

In principle, the company First Class Taxi - SÖNMEZ UGUR KG is only liable according to the legal provisions for damages that are directly related to the company.

First Class Taxi - SÖNMEZ UGUR KG assumes no liability for missed departure times. The company also categorically rejects the resulting follow-up and additional costs. If the departure time is missed, the full fare will be charged or not refunded. Likewise, no liability is assumed for weather-related delays, traffic jams, road construction, road closures and events through no fault of third parties.

The company is not liable for items of luggage, their contents, for animals and articles of any kind, electronic devices and for various goods and goods.

Booking Conditions

Transfer trips can be booked online or by telephone. Reservations which do not concern the immediate area (Innsbruck area up to 40km) are only considered to be firmly booked after written confirmation by First Class Taxi - SÖNMEZ UGUR KG! If unforeseen events such as traffic jams, weather-related delays or an accident, etc. occur, the journey in question may have to be interrupted or cancelled. First Class Taxi - SÖNMEZ UGUR KG will try to provide a replacement vehicle. In such a case, waiting times must be accepted. The agreed price will be charged as the fare!

Offers, online price inquiry and price list

Our offers are non-binding. Our written order confirmation is exclusively decisive for the acceptance of the contract and the scope of the service. Verbal or telephone ancillary agreements only apply if we have expressly confirmed them in writing. All prices quoted by us are in euros and, unless expressly stated otherwise, include statutory sales tax. Price lists are without guarantee. No liability is assumed for printing errors.

Terms of payment

If no other written agreements have been made, the fee for the service provided must be paid to the driver immediately afterwards. Cash discounts or other deductions are only recognized within the framework of and based on written agreements. If the orderer/buyer is in default of payment, we are entitled to charge interest on arrears at a rate of 9% per annum. This does not affect claims for reimbursement of higher interest.

Terms of contract / cancellation conditions:

Attention with the order confirmation a legally valid contract is created. If you do not want to use the service, then you must let us know. Price agreements relate only to the specified route and the stated duration of the journey. If the distance actually traveled exceeds this for reasons that lie within the area of ​​responsibility of the customer or the passengers, or if safety or traffic-related requirements exist, the additional costs incurred will be charged.

Cancellations must be made in writing, by email.

Cancellation fees up to 3 days (72 hours) before the start of the trip (if there are important reasons, the cancellation will also be accepted free of charge up to 1 day before the start of the trip).

Up to 24 hours before departure: 25% of the transport fee.

Up to 10 hours before departure: 50% of the transport fee.

Less than 10 hours before departure and "No Show": 100% of the carriage fee.

In the case of cancellations of departures at short notice: 25% of the transport fee to cover the costs already incurred.

Place of performance, place of jurisdiction, choice of law

Place of performance: A-6020 Innsbruck
Place of jurisdiction: The competent court at the registered office of the entrepreneur is exclusively locally responsible for deciding on all disputes arising from this contract.
Choice of law: Austrian substantive law applies. The applicability of the UN sales law is excluded. The contract language is German.
Legal validity: Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and those of the entire legal transaction. The ineffective condition is to be replaced by one that comes as close as possible to the ineffective condition in economic terms.
